About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Global Marketing team. This role is critical in executing email, push notification, and WhatsApp campaigns to global audiences, with a focus on North America. The CRM Executive will also create custom email modules and campaigns using HTML and CSS to enhance member experience and engagement. The ideal candidate can manage their workflow, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality campaigns under tight deadlines. The Global CRM Executive will report into the Global CRM Manager.

Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and deploy daily email and push notification campaigns to segmented audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with Marketing, Membership and Digital teams to identify target audiences, segment lists, and implement personalized messaging strategies.
Manage and manipulate datasets, ensuring data hygiene and integrating data across platforms for segmentation and personalization.
Leverage HTML and CSS to code and test custom email modules, templates, and campaigns.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of campaigns across various devices and platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Independently manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle a high volume of campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and dynamic content creation.
Strong HTML and CSS skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign execution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance improvement.
Knowledge of email and push notification best practices, trends, and regulations.
CDP experience with Hightouch or similar is a plus.
Periodic ‘on call’ weekends will be required.
