We are looking for a skilled Design Manager to work on Branded Main Line Handbags!

Email and communicate directly with factories on development and overseas teams to source new materials.
Attend trade shows, shop Europe and local retail, and research to ensure designs are on trend for the brand and represent the target customer.
Develop product from start to finish, including CAD presentations, print development, and detailed specs & tech packs.
Design categories include handbags, slgs, and weekenders.
Be responsible for own account and design to target a specific customer while remaining true to the brand.
Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising design aesthetic.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of design experience, preferably in handbags.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proficiency in CAD illustrations to convey designs and create presentation decks.
