About the Role
As a Senior Product Associate in Identity, you play a critical role in developing and delivering identity solutions, including identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity externalization. You work cross-functionally with technology, design, and business partners to launch products that strengthen trust and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering identity product features by gathering requirements and writing user stories
- Support backlog management by organizing, refining, and prioritizing work with the team
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement features and resolve issues
- Track delivery progress, surface risks, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product decisions
- Analyze data, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and guide iteration
- Prepare product documentation and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Stay current on digital identity trends, standards, and best practices, and seek feedback to grow product skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology roles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with technology and business partners
- Foundational knowledge of identity, data, security, or digital products
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills in a delivery environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
