About the Role
As a Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is client-facing and will require you to build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring campaigns align with their business objectives. You will oversee campaigns across multiple platforms and verticals, driving measurable results and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to clients, including content concepts, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and campaign roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their goals and tailor influencer strategies to meet their unique needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead client meetings, including strategy sessions, campaign kick-offs, and post-campaign reviews, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships, upselling additional services or campaign enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Research and curate influencer rosters tailored to client needs, leveraging internal tools and platforms.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Ensure influencer-produced content meets quality standards, aligns with client briefs, and is delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including paid social, creative, and analytics, to amplify campaign impact.
- Develop and maintain detailed workback schedules, timelines, and status reports for both internal and client-facing use.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate tracking of expenses.
- Compile and present post-campaign reports, highlighting key results, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and innovations in influencer marketing and social media.
- Share industry knowledge with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and results-driven excellence within the team and agency.
- Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring junior team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of social advertising and distribution tactics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Experience managing client accounts and providing strategic counsel.
- Fluency in French is considered an asset.
