About the Role

The Department of Accountancy within the Tobin College of Business at St. John's University seeks adjunct faculty to teach Principles of Financial Accounting and Accounting Information Systems for the Fall 2026 semester and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Teach Principles of Financial Accounting class.
• Teach Accounting Information Systems class.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Strong industry experience is strongly recommended.

• Adjunct Professor per course salary range: $10,000 to $11,000
• Adjunct Associate Professor per course salary range: $9,000 to $10,700

• Adjunct Instructor per course salary range: $7,500 to $7,800
