About the Role
We are seeking a leader to own physical security operations across a Fluidstack region, ensuring the security of critical AI training infrastructure. This role involves leading a regional security team, managing contract guard forces, and serving as the senior security presence for customer commitments, including audits and contractual obligations. You will standardize security protocols and integrate security measures into all phases of regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Own physical security operations across a Fluidstack region, including all sites and shifts.
- Accountable end-to-end for security posture, performance, and incident management.
- Lead the regional security team, including site personnel and contract guard force.
- Set the standard for discipline and execution at every facility.
- Serve as the senior security presence for customer commitments in the region.
- Manage customer audits, site visits, and contractual obligations.
- Standardize post orders, SOPs, access management, and incident response across the cluster.
- Tailor security execution to each specific site.
- Partner with site operations, facilities, construction, and vendors to integrate security into regional growth.
Requirements
- Experience owning physical security across multiple sites or a region, accountable for posture and incidents end to end.
- Proven ability to lead security teams and contract guard forces.
- Ability to set and hold a high bar for discipline and professionalism.
- Effectiveness in both operational security tasks and executive briefings.
- Experience carrying security commitments to enterprise customers through audits and contractual obligations.
- Skill in standardizing SOPs and post orders across sites while maintaining site-specific awareness.
- Hyperscale or data center security experience is a plus.
- Experience with guard force vendor management at scale is a plus.
- Fluency with physical security systems (ACS, VMS) is a plus.
- Multi-site or regional leadership experience is a plus.
