Responsibilities
- Accurately compile and record client and business expenses.
- Upload expense documents to the firm’s case management system and digital files.
- Perform scanning, mailing, and other clerical tasks.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Make outgoing calls to vendors and clients for verification purposes.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
- Administrative tasks such as scanning, mailing, and filing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
