About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic Video to join our team as a strategic leader and operational expert on the Bacardi business. In this role, you will drive measurable business outcomes by orchestrating sophisticated, media strategies across programmatic video, addressable media, and linear TV platforms. You will optimize performance across the full marketing funnel through targeted, personalized, and automated media delivery, while maintaining rigorous campaign governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Direct end-to-end execution of programmatic video campaigns, including campaign activation, optimization, pacing, and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee trafficking timelines, creative quality assurance, and third-party tracking implementation across programmatic video campaigns—ensuring flawless, on-time launches in CTV and OLV environments.
  • Serve as the primary creative liaison between OMD and designated creative agency, managing all creative handoffs and deliverables to ensure timely, compliant asset delivery for campaign launches.
  • Leverage performance data, audience signals, and real-time insights to continuously optimize media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting refinement, and dynamic budget allocation.
  • Support Senior Leadership during annual video Upfront negotiations, including crafting scenario-based budgets, analyzing media plans across OLV and Linear TV, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and articulate partner POV’s within the video marketplace to guide media strategy and vendor negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-practice planning teams to develop strategic media recommendations and tactical roadmaps for quarterly, half-year, and annual planning cycles.
  • Work closely with planning teams to ensure campaigns are meeting monthly and quarterly pacing goals; prepare optimization recommendations and performance summaries for client stakeholder reviews.
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise across programmatic DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google DV360) and stay current with platform innovations.
  • Establish and maintain clear, scalable campaign implementation processes and best practices to support Jr. team members with DSP set ups.
  • Ensure consistent governance, quality control, and performance standards across all programmatic activations.
  • Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to a team of Associates and Senior Associates through regular 1:1 meetings, addressing workload management, project-specific guidance, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment with clear accountability and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in media planning, media buying, programmatic advertising, or video media management.
  • Expert-level proficiency with at least two major programmatic DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google DV360, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in MediaOcean systems (Prisma & Daisy TV Toolkit), Google Campaign Manager and DoubleVerify/IAS.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programmatic video, CTV, OLV, and linear TV media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of media measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to synthesize performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (internal teams, clients, and vendors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
