About the Role
Paramount is seeking an Audience Acquisition Specialist to join their DTC Paramount team. This role will focus on the day-to-day execution of paid mobile app user acquisition campaigns for Paramount+ and PlutoTV, managing reporting, budget, creative trafficking, and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in paid app user acquisition and a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build, traffic, and manage paid mobile app user acquisition campaigns across Paramount+ and PlutoTV.
- Manage budget pacing and shifting across the app portfolio.
- Own recurring performance reporting, including Monday/Wednesday reporting checks, bi-weekly US insights reporting, and monthly ad hoc reporting.
- Coordinate creative delivery and trafficking for top-tier shows and monthly creative selection.
- Run end-to-end PlutoTV campaign operations, including media planning, creative delivery, and performance reporting.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact across key acquisition partners, managing relationships, optimization, and testing roadmaps.
- Drive performance testing initiatives and ongoing CPA optimization across DSP and partner channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure campaigns meet agreed flight dates and budgets.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy, invoice tracking, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the larger MACS team to communicate campaign progress, learnings, and updates in mobile app marketing.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Execute special projects as needed.
- Build and launch mobile app campaigns with accuracy for tags, names, and tracking details.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and pacing to benchmarks.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Provide key reports + insights to aid in strategic decision-making across campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on mobile app user acquisition experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with mobile app acquisition platforms, including app DSPs and partner networks.
- Experience with mobile measurement partners/attribution tools.
- Familiarity with the mobile app measurement ecosystem, including iOS ATT, SKAN attribution, app post-back tracking, and mobile measurement partners.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, dynamic environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and robust work ethic.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to work autonomously and manage routine campaign operations with general direction, while seeking guidance on new projects or initiatives.
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactively communicating bandwidth and deliverables.
