About the Role

Help turn data into opportunities that change young lives. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring fundraising and marketing teams have high-quality data to engage supporters, grow income, and help more young people build brighter futures. It combines technical expertise with collaboration and problem-solving, managing complex data selections, overseeing data imports into Microsoft Dynamics, and using SQL to deliver accurate insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of accurate supporter data selections and imports to support fundraising and marketing campaigns.
  • Use SQL and Microsoft Dynamics to manipulate, segment and manage data, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to optimise supporter journeys and provide expert advice on data-driven campaigns.
  • Help shape and improve processes, documentation and best practice across our Supporter Data function.

Requirements

Salary/Compensations

  • £31,277.00 to £44,064.00
  • National salary - Min £31,277 - Mid £39,096
  • London salary - Min £35,251 - Mid £44,064
