About the Role
Broadridge is seeking a Director - Program Management, Digital Assets to plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. This role involves leading and coordinating resources, managing budgets, risks, and changes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.
- Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work.
- May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practice.
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in program or project management with software are financial services solutions preferred.
- Digital Asset and Tokenization program management experience preferred, supporting product specific builds a must.

Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
Salary/Compensations
- $165,000 - $175,000
