About the Role
As the Private Client Service Associate, you will serve as a primary client contact, managing inquiries via email and phone. You will act as a liaison between the Practice and centralized operations teams, monitoring client account activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the execution of the PWAs business plan, aiming to achieve sales and client retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable client service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
- Research and resolve client queries regarding audits, investment results, fees, and guidelines.
- Execute effective business operations practices to drive efficiency and a consistent client/prospect experience.
- Leverage data from internal and external sources to achieve practice sales and service objectives.
- Manage the flow of requests to ensure timely completion of work.
- Build rapport with internal and external contacts.
- Engage resources to resolve issues and nonstandard requests.
- Attend and participate in client/intermediary meetings as appropriate.
- Prepare materials for client presentations, process client requests, onboard new client accounts, make business travel arrangements, and manage expense reports and records with partners.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage calendars.
- Manage the practice’s inbox, resolve client inquiries, document meeting notes, and ensure information and client documentation is up to date.
- Handle all customized client requests, including reporting and trading.
- Organize conversations with CG specialists.
- Manage the practice’s digital footprint (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

- New York Base Salary Range: $88,080-$140,928
- Chicago Base Salary Range: $77,428-$123,885
