About the Role
Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology sector clients across capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other high-impact financial transactions. Work directly alongside senior banking professionals, contributing analytical expertise and financial insight to live deals and client pitches. Build deep transaction experience at a global financial institution where your work directly shapes client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Advise on and support capital markets transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial engagements for technology sector clients as a core member of the investment banking team.
- Analyze complex financial data to develop client proposals and inform strategic recommendations across live deals and pitches.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support company valuations, transaction structuring, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare high-quality written materials including valuation analyses, pitch books, and statistical exhibits for client-facing presentations.
- Conduct in-depth economic and financial research to assess company performance against industry benchmarks and market trends.
- Evaluate sector-wide and company-specific financial performance to surface insights that support client advisory strategies.
- Collaborate with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory professionals to execute client transaction projects from initiation through completion.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, financial advisory, or a closely related field.
- FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, current or ability to obtain.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and conduct rigorous quantitative analysis for valuation and transaction purposes.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
