About the Role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a Document Management System Specialist to support the firm’s iManage Work document management system. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency and accuracy within the Technology Team.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative tasks and project activities as directed.
- Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues with iManage Work, including document access, organization, and search functionality.
- Manages user accounts, permissions, and group settings to ensure proper access control and compliance.
- Manages large-scale or complex document imports, exports, or migrations, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Monitors system status and performance, reports issues to senior IT staff, and helps generate usage and performance metrics.
- Works with senior IT team members on system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new features or integrations.
- Provides basic training and support to users on system features and workflows.
- Assists in creating and maintaining user guides and documentation.
- Participates in a rolling on-call support schedule.
- Adheres to all IT and user quality assurance practices.
- Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Creates and delivers presentations to various audiences as assigned by the manager.
- Appears on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendor.
- Performs other tasks as set by the manager.

- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to changing technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or information systems or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of computer networking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
