About the Role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a Document Management System Specialist to support the firm’s iManage Work document management system. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency and accuracy within the Technology Team.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative tasks and project activities as directed.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues with iManage Work, including document access, organization, and search functionality.
  • Manages user accounts, permissions, and group settings to ensure proper access control and compliance.
  • Manages large-scale or complex document imports, exports, or migrations, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Monitors system status and performance, reports issues to senior IT staff, and helps generate usage and performance metrics.
  • Works with senior IT team members on system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new features or integrations.
  • Provides basic training and support to users on system features and workflows.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining user guides and documentation.
  • Participates in a rolling on-call support schedule.
  • Adheres to all IT and user quality assurance practices.
  • Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creates and delivers presentations to various audiences as assigned by the manager.
  • Appears on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendor.
  • Performs other tasks as set by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or information systems or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer networking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
