About the Role
Join the Information Technology team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a leading healthcare institution. This role supports the implementation of enterprise Epic systems, contributing to innovative technology initiatives that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, optimize, and resolve issues related to the Epic platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and operational support for the implementation of enterprise Epic systems.
- Perform system build, implementation, and operation activities for assigned Epic Modules.
- Collaborate with clinicians, project managers, analysts, and developers with module-specific domain expertise.
- Work closely with clinical and business users.
- Assist a multi-disciplinary team in the design, implementation, optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the enterprise system.
- Collaborate with appropriate technical and operational leaders from affiliated institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment.
- Five to seven or more years of previous work-related experience.
- All roles require on-site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
