About the Role
Manage the delivery of interface projects to obtain Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical data from vendors, enabling partner practices to use Aledade’s population health platform. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of interfaces from planning through go-live.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks.
- Manage the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements.
- Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership).
- Manage issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholders.
- Act as a technical problem solver, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
- Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
- Make recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
- Manage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with external vendors, including vendor management, negotiations, and contract management.
- Present regular updates on program health to leadership.
- Provide the management of tasks supporting business continuity of the portfolio.
- Manage all tasks that support the presence of all active interfaces.
- Provide assistance in finding solutions for critical issues affecting active interfaces.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols.
- 6+ years of program management or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies.
- 4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc.
- Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors.
