About the Role

As a key member of the PULSE team within the Global Payments Network, you will transform how millions of daily transactions are processed, settled, and billed for thousands of issuers. You will lead the modernization of core settlement capabilities by executing a multi-year roadmap focused on resilience, scalability, and strict data governance. In this leadership role, you will coach product managers, drive tight execution alignment with engineering partners, and collaborate across business and operations teams to harmonize competing priorities and deliver innovative, competitive solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the modernization of core settlement capabilities by executing a multi-year roadmap focused on resilience, scalability, and strict data governance.
  • Coach product managers.
  • Drive tight execution alignment with engineering partners.
  • Collaborate across business and operations teams to harmonize competing priorities and deliver innovative, competitive solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

  • $230,400 - $263,000
