About the Role
As a member of the PULSE team, you will drive the multi-year roadmap for core settlement capabilities, focusing on modernization, platform excellence, and scalable fee billing. You will establish data governance standards to mitigate risk while collaborating across cross-functional teams to harmonize priorities and enhance customer experience. Beyond product strategy, you will provide matrixed leadership, including direct management and coaching of product managers, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure strong governance, intake alignment, and data-driven decision-making through portfolio metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drive the multi-year roadmap for core settlement capabilities, focusing on modernization, platform excellence, and scalable fee billing.
- Establish data governance standards to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to harmonize priorities and enhance customer experience.
- Provide matrixed leadership, including direct management and coaching of product managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure strong governance, intake alignment, and data-driven decision-making through portfolio metrics.
Requirements
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
