About the Role
Piper Sandler's Energy, Power & Infrastructure investment banking division is seeking a Vice President to join their growing Energy & Power team in London. This role involves attracting top professionals to a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, focusing on candidates with potential for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution on a transaction, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Create compelling and robust sell-side presentations.
- Build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of investment banking experience.
- MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience.
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on sell-side M&A.
