About the Role

The Operations Supervisor oversees property operations to ensure the establishment runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service, supervising staff, and resolving issues. This role collaborates closely with the General Manager to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain property appearance and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely ordering.
• Support financial performance goals to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, monitor hazards, and promote a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with and support various departments to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflows, and adequate coverage.
• Provide regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of previous operations experience and focus on exceptional guest service.
• Regularly required to talk and listen.
• Frequently stands, walks, and reaches with hands and arms.
• Occasionally needs to lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Travel not to exceed 10% if needed.
• Must have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset and be expected to complete tasks outside of normal job duties with enthusiasm and dedication.
