About the Role
The Technology organization enables and accelerates Amex's growth strategies, delivering global capabilities and services. The Enterprise Data and AI organization unites data governance, strategy, engineering, and product teams with AI engineering, generative AI enablement, and automation product and engineering. The GenAI Enablement Team partners with stakeholders to support GenAI use cases from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise GenAI strategy, governance, and the safe, compliant adoption of AI capabilities. As a Senior Manager of Product Enablement and G2M, you will drive G2M activities, ensuring appropriate governance and performance management of GenAI Solutions.
