Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and clean all necessary items and areas in the Spa.
- Ensure all guest supplies are restocked and all areas are continuously monitored for cleanliness.
- Wear proper protective equipment when performing tasks.
- Operate vehicles safely in compliance with traffic rules.
- Identify and report safety hazards, following up on corrective actions.
- Inform supervisor of hazardous situations, emergencies, or threats to security.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and work productively with or without supervision.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Adhere to dress and grooming standards, presenting a professional image.
- Learn and demonstrate service steps and strategies with guests and staff.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Attend events, programs, and trainings to support company policies and culture.
- Attend trainings to develop work knowledge and safety.
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, flexing arms, walking, sitting, climbing, and standing for up to 5 hours.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and carry a distance of up to 50 feet.
- Walk up to 3 miles per day.
- Maneuver carts or dollies with loads up to 200 pounds.
- Clean designated areas according to guidelines and protocols.
- Work outdoors and be exposed to natural elements.
- Fold laundry as specified.
- Operate laundry equipment effectively.
- Sort soiled laundry appropriately and efficiently.
- Complete shift checklists for assigned duties.
- Sanitize touchpoint areas daily, wearing appropriate protective equipment.
- Inspect the work of others for conformance to standards.
- Report damaged or missing furnishings or decorative items.
- Complete guest and staff requests in a timely manner, reporting any delays to a supervisor.
- Attend daily shift briefings.
- Complete routine and deep cleaning as required.
- Sanitize hydrotherapy tubs as needed, following protocols and wearing protective equipment.
- Stock tea bars, guest locker room amenities, supply closets, and towel storage.
- Speak, read, and write English, communicating clearly and congenially.
- Hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings.
- Act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Analyze problems and develop action plans.
- Demonstrate high moral character in handling lost items and valuables.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least two years of licensed driving experience.
