About the Role
Seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to offer one-on-one ABA therapy to a young child with autism. The role involves helping children reach their full potential, following structured programs, and collaborating with parents and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting.
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect data and record session notes accurately.
- Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills.
- Must pass a background check.
