About the Role

The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective tenants, identify their property needs, and help them find the right rental property.
• Conduct viewing appointments with prospective tenants.
• Work with landlords to provide marketing support and advice.
• Negotiate tenancies and assist with the progress through to move-in day.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
• Willingness to learn how to carry out Market appraisals and further career to Senior Negotiator level.

Requirements

• At least six months to one year of experience as a residential lettings agent.
• Proven track record in securing new business.
• Excellent sales ability.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Tenacity and self-starter with the drive to succeed.
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
• Responsiveness to change.
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
• Must have access to own car.
