About the Role

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Confers with personnel to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements.
• Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations.
• Leads JAD sessions.
• Elicits requirements.
• Documents business processes and analytical findings.
• Develops and executes complex SQL queries and joins.
• Performs data quality analysis.
• Translates business needs into actionable insights.
• Designs dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
• 8 years of experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement (requirements through implementation).
• 8 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• 8 years of experience conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.
• 8 years of experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.
• 8 years of experience analyzing data quality.
• 8 years of experience designing dashboards, including measures and KPIs.
• 4 years of experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
