About the Role

Product Marketing sits at the center of how Braze brings its platform to market, shaping narratives, positioning, and go-to-market motions. This role focuses on owning narratives and GTM for strategic technology partnerships, translating complex offerings into clear, compelling programs and working cross-functionally to bring them to life.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Braze's strategic technology partnerships into differentiated messaging, joint go-to-market programs, and field-ready assets.
  • Develop GTM strategy based on joint business plans for strategic technology partnerships.
  • Own the messaging architecture for Braze's strategic technology partnerships, ensuring alignment with the core platform narrative.
  • Translate platform integrations into clear, differentiated value propositions with defined customer use cases and competitive angles.
  • Ensure technology partners are accurately reflected in product launches, campaigns, and core messaging.
  • Drive joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs with technology platform partners.
  • Manage partner launch motions end-to-end, including messaging, packaging, enablement materials, and field readiness.
  • Build and deliver core assets and enablement materials for field use.
  • Track performance and adoption of GTM initiatives and report results.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, GTM Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
  • Support active deals, customer conversations, and positioning by partnering with Sales and the field.
  • Establish a repeatable launch and enablement motion for technology platform partnerships.
  • Build trusted, productive relationships across Product, Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Services.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in product and/or partner marketing at a growing B2B technology company.
  • Strong product marketing (PMM) craft at the core.
  • Clear, practical understanding of how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners.
  • Experience with joint GTM programs, co-marketing motions, and integration launches.
  • Strong PMM fundamentals: messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, narrative development.
  • Ability to translate complex offerings and integrations into clear, buyer-ready stories.
  • Experience marketing technology platform partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, data platforms, SaaS/martech ecosystem).
  • Experience building sales and enablement content (solution briefs, battle cards, decks, playbooks).
  • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and execute without direct authority.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization to get things shipped.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience in customer engagement, marketing technology, CDP, or adjacent data/SaaS categories (Nice to Have).
