About the Role
Frontier Dermatology is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple clinic locations, focusing on revenue generation, expense management, profitability, and leadership of providers and support teams within a specific region. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue generation, expense management, and profitability of multiple clinic locations.
- Manage providers and support teams (front end and back end healthcare workers) within a specific region.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by embodying core values and fostering strong relationships.
- Develop and execute provider schedule strategies to meet visit volume and service line goals.
- Analyze sales and operational records to project sales, determine profitability, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage labor hours strategy and assist district supervisors with time management.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply management.
- Mentor and develop district supervisors and other leadership support staff, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the district and implement strategies.
- Schedule and facilitate staff meetings and supervisor meetings.
- Conduct monthly site visits to locations and participate in onboarding new locations.
- Attend leadership meetings and represent Frontier at various events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR extensive experience in sales and customer service in multi-clinic or retail operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors.

- $95,000 - $120,000
- Eligible for annual performance-based bonuses
