About the Role
This role within the Deposit Enablement Group focuses on identifying opportunities, shaping the design, and orchestrating the delivery of initiatives across multiple platforms to provide scalable solutions for complex client and stakeholder demands.
Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
- Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands.
- Build and articulate business cases.
- Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
- Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms.
- Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
- Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
- Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
- Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
