About the Role

The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of facilities at either a wet or dry site on weekends, ensuring they are opened and closed according to operating procedures. The role guarantees facilities are clean and safe for members and customers, maintaining the highest standards of service. This includes allocating and supervising staff for smooth operations. The Duty Manager will support the Management Team by working flexibly at any leisure facility and covering shifts during core hours and evenings during the week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of facilities at either a wet or dry site on weekends.
  • Ensure facilities are opened and closed in time with operating procedures.
  • Guarantee facilities are clean and safe for members and customers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Allocate and supervise staff to enable the smooth operation of facilities.
  • Support the Management Team by working flexibly at any leisure facility.
  • Cover shifts during core hours and evenings during the week.
