About the Role
Airtable is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own full-funnel paid campaigns, develop new acquisition programs, explore emerging channels, and optimize the post-click experience. This role emphasizes leveraging AI and automation to drive growth and requires close collaboration across teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and accurate revenue attribution.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid campaigns across self-serve and enterprise, from awareness through conversion.
- Stand up new acquisition programs from scratch (sponsorships, creator/UGC, influencer partnerships) and turn the ones that work into repeatable, durable engines.
- Explore emerging paid channels, including agentic surfaces like AI answer engines and marketplaces, and define how Airtable shows up and wins there early.
- Build and iterate on the post-click experience, including landing pages, offers, and messaging by audience and intent, so paid traffic actually converts.
- Put agents and automations at the center of how the team operates.
- Partner across lifecycle, web, GEO, and product to align on the full journey, not just the click or the signup.
- Own the attribution and reporting that connect paid spend through activation and conversion all the way to revenue.
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand gen, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience building new channels or programs from scratch and scaling them.
- Proficiency in using AI, automation, and agents in daily work.
- Deep, hands-on command of core paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing) and experience running them efficiently at scale.
- Ability to move fast, operate well in ambiguity, and expand scope.
- Analytical and experiment-driven approach, with a preference for building in-house capabilities over relying on agencies.
- Experience managing large-scale paid budgets across both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- Experience standing up measurement or experimentation infrastructure from scratch, or a strong understanding of it.
