About the Role
XTX Markets is seeking a Philanthropy Intern for up to six months to improve data and operations, ensuring accurate ground-truth data and efficient use for enhanced grant-making. This role requires strong data handling, attention to detail, and a blend of pragmatic and systemic thinking, without involving coding.
Responsibilities
- Data infrastructure, including reconciliation of ground-truth data and database uploads.
- Grant administration, including contractual obligations, payments, monitoring and reporting.
- Operational development including AI, automation and other technologies and workflows.
- Other philanthropy activities and ad hoc duties.
Requirements
