About the Role
Smollan has partnered with Hisense, a leading consumer electronics brand, to build a sales team that will represent them in major retail stores. This role involves engaging customers, demonstrating products, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions, turning customer interest into sales.
Responsibilities
- Starting conversations with customers
- Demonstrating products effectively
- Helping customers compare options and make informed decisions
- Achieving sales targets and earning bonuses
- Building relationships with store colleagues
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
- Providing simple and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Retail sales experience
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology
- Comfortable delivering excellent customer service in a retail sales environment
- A competitive drive to meet targets
- Adaptable and able to work across different consumer electronics categories
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
