About the Role
Personal Touch Food Service is seeking dedicated Food Service Workers to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in a school cafeteria environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and portioning based on standardized recipes.
- Serve meals to students and staff efficiently.
- Set up and restock serving lines, salad bars, and condiment stations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and work areas.
- Comply with food safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
- Maintain accurate production and temperature logs.
- Follow established cleaning and sanitation schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate professionally.
- Support special dietary needs and allergy accommodations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
