About the Role
As a Banker In-Training, you will build a foundation for your career, developing the tools and skills necessary for professional growth while playing a key role in the organization. You will learn how we built the #1 Austin-based commercial bank and gain experience in customer experience, bank systems, and operations. Those in this position are encouraged to learn what it means to succeed in banking; become familiar with banking concepts and processes; build key relationships; and develop both financial and customer service skills.
