About the Role

The Continental Automotive Group is seeking Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices to join their growing, family-operated company. This role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, air-conditioned shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.
• Perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs.
• Work effectively with team members and advisors.
• Diagnose concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Work on a computer and learn new programs.
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Requirements

• High level of diagnostic and repair skills for all makes and models (preferably ASE Master Certified Recon Tech).
• Experience in a business or industry prioritizing customer experience.
• Ability to work with multiple product lines.
• Knowledge of aftermarket parts/vendors to complete repairs.
• Positive mindset and self-motivation.
• Integrity and productivity.
• Team-player mentality with a willingness to understand the bigger picture.
• Enjoyment of learning and applying new skills.
• Good communication skills, including listening.
• 609 certification.
• ASEs and state inspectors license are preferred.
• Must have your own tools (MB specialty tools will be provided).
