About the Role
The Continental Automotive Group is seeking Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices to join their growing team. This role offers paid training, performance reviews, and opportunities for advancement within a locally-owned, family-operated company. The shop is air-conditioned, and there is a chance to serve customers in a promising career path.
Responsibilities
- Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time
- Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis
- Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines and transmissions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Provide a 3 year driving record
- Ability to multitask
- Work well with team members and advisors
- Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc)
- Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)
- Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided
- Keep a workspace clean
- Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed
Requirements
- Previous Subaru experience preferred
- Previous independent or dealership experience is required
- Must be a team player and stay current with online trainings and courses
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
