About the Role
The Manager, HR Strategy & Enablement supports senior executives in business operations and partners across HR to activate, integrate, and communicate strategic initiatives to ensure organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Drive the activation of HR strategy and strategic planning processes.
- Assist in the prioritization of HR initiatives and capability building.
- Support the CHRO and HR-BMCC Operating Committee with strategic priorities and board material preparation.
- Manage end-to-end workstreams on strategic initiatives including research and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Employee Experience Design and Insights team.
- Develop high-standard presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or enterprise HR roles.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-functional initiatives at scale.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven recommendations for C-suite audiences.
- Experience designing primary and secondary research to validate strategic assumptions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically expert-level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of emerging productivity tools and Large Language Models.
