About the Role

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in New London, CT, offering top pay rates and career growth in a growing industry. We provide exceptional support to our caregivers while they transform the lives of aging adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Offer transportation services for clients to appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
