About the Role
As a Licensed Beauty Advisor, you’ll impact clients every day by guiding them on their beauty journey, teaching, inspiring, and creating a fun experience. Responsibilities
- Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold hygiene standards.
- Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity.
- Follow company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Requirements
- An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.
- Must be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays).
