About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented team at Accenture. With a high-volume kitchen and a vibrant service to deliver, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional. Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
- Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
- Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
- Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
- Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
- Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
- Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
