About the Role
The Clinical Specialist will provide hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK, ensuring practitioners are competent in using Galderma's non-surgical products safely and effectively. This role supports Account Managers in delivering clinical support and driving portfolio use within designated regions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers benefiting from technical/clinical hands-on product support.
- Work in clinics with customers to build confidence in using Galderma’s non-surgical range.
- Provide tailored support including product usage, filler techniques (needle and cannula), reconstitution, and hand-on injection techniques.
- Support customers with technical training for new product launches, including reconstitution, marking up, injection techniques, and follow-up.
- Explain the science and clinical relevance behind Galderma’s products and articulate their benefits.
- Evaluate customer readiness for the next stage of Galderma’s educational journey.
- Attend relevant training to maintain high product and clinical knowledge standards.
- Support the Regional Business Managers team with product and clinical training.
- Collaborate with the Galderma education team to deliver UK & Ireland educational strategy goals.
- Engage in on-label discussions only and possess necessary qualifications for cosmetic insurance coverage.
Requirements
- Medical expertise in aesthetic medicine.
- Experience in the commercial healthcare sector delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners.
- Excellent knowledge of the aesthetics medical community.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Galderma portfolio.
- Competency in performing treatments/procedures with Galderma products.
- Valid registration for professional body governing healthcare practitioners (GMC/NMC/GDC).
- ABPI qualification preferred.
