About the Role
As the General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring all key metrics are met or exceeded. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, product operations, and talent development, while teaching and coaching behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and makes decisions to drive key performance indicators.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office.
- Ability to work around and with chemicals.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as required.
