About the Role
Executes customer projects by assembling teams, delegating responsibilities, developing schedules, and acquiring resources to ensure project completion. Provides management and customer support while partnering with sales, customers, merchandising, and vendors, and ensures department standards are communicated to project specialists, customers, and support staff. This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with customers to conduct thorough property walks of renovation projects, including measuring and reviewing available products, while actively upselling additional products.
- Inputs data into appropriate systems, generating quotes, orders, presentations, and reports.
- Acts as a liaison between sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and promote idea sharing.
- Oversees and harmonizes plans and schedules from all participating functions, ensuring compliance with the master schedule.
- Conducts on-site inspections alongside customers to verify material availability and review completed tasks.
- Serves as a point of contact for all customer project issues and partners with internal and external departments to resolve concerns.
Requirements
- Requires operation of a Personal Vehicle, used consistently more than 20% of the average work week.
- Demonstrates skill in data analysis and techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
