About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Broadband Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair Internet and telephone services for residential and commercial customers using cutting-edge fiber-optic technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot voice and data services using the latest test equipment and following safety and installation guidelines.
- Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance.
- Handle physical tasks including climbing, digging, and drilling, while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to improve services.
- Stay ahead of trends through continuous training and development.
- Participate in on-call and shift work as required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.
- Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
