About the Role

The Sales Development Lead will build and elevate Strada’s global Sales Development function to support enterprise pipeline growth. This hands-on leadership role focuses on creating structure, rigor, and accountability across a distributed SDR/BDR team in North America and Europe/UK.

Responsibilities

  • Establish best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Standardize qualification and performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Strengthen cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene.
  • Drive qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Improve lead quality and follow-up.
  • Manage SDR playbooks.
  • Optimize the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience.
  • Significant time in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting roles.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales environments.
  • Prior experience as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor.
  • Strong operating discipline.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence.
  • Must have current and future work authorization in the country of application without visa sponsorship.
  • Offers are contingent on successful completion of background checks.

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,150.00 - $148,850.00
