About the Role
Titan Wealth is seeking a Systems Accountant to join its expanding Group Finance team. This highly visible role involves owning the Group's finance systems landscape, ensuring platforms evolve with the business during integrations and streamlining processes. You will be responsible for the integrity, optimization, and development of NetSuite, Embat, and Pleo, playing a key role in enhancing finance operations through acquisition integrations, process improvements, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operation of the Group's finance systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Embat (treasury management) and Pleo (expenses management)
- Maintain system integrity and development: configuration, chart of accounts, dimensions, departments, locations and user setup across the Group, with controls built into the system by design
- Ensure high levels of system performance and data integrity
- Oversee incident management, issue resolution and service continuity
- Support core finance processes and period / year-end activities within the systems
- Lead the finance-systems setup of newly acquired entities: CoA mapping, data migration, intercompany and post-acquisition reconciliations
- Build a repeatable onboarding playbook so each deal lands faster than the last
- Support multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations within the system
- Assist with finance integration planning and reconciliations post-acquisition
- Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes across the NetSuite / Anaplan / Excel landscape
- Identify and implement enhancements to workflows, automation and controls
- Build and optimise saved searches, financial reports and dashboards that reduce manual workarounds and shorten the month-end close
- Improve reporting capability and user experience across systems
- Optimise system configuration to align with evolving business requirements
- Own and maintain integrations between finance systems and third-party platforms
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data flows across systems
- Support future integration and system-enhancement initiatives
- Gather and translate business requirements into system improvements
- Provide subject-matter expertise on finance systems and processes
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, consultants and support providers
- Coordinate issue escalation and resolution with external partners
- Govern user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements
- Coordinate testing activities, defect management and sign-off processes
- Ensure the controlled, low-risk release of changes into production environments
- Support the prioritisation and delivery of change requests
- Deliver training and documentation for system users, removing key-person dependency by documenting configuration and processes
- Support the onboarding of new users and teams
- Promote adoption of system capabilities and best practices
