About the Role

Analysts will work on a variety of transactions, taking on significant responsibility for delivering specific elements. They will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of industrial organizations, from small tech players to large conglomerates, and play an important role on teams with senior professionals who encourage creative thinking beyond the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Creating and analyzing financial models with a high degree of granularity.
• Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value companies and transactions.
• Creating, drafting, and taking ownership of presentations and memoranda for internal and external audiences.
• Contributing to team discussions and client meetings.
• Helping to manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Results-driven team player who performs well under pressure and against tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to excellence and maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
