Responsibilities
- Facilitate different counseling groups including curriculum development.
- Maintain an individual caseload.
- Collaborate with the clinical team.
- Complete documentation in compliance with OMH and CARF standards.
- Maintain professional boundaries and appearance.
- Facilitate Psycho-educational, intensive rehabilitation, counselling, and co-occurring disorder groups.
- Develop group curriculum.
- Identify unaddressed needs in the community.
- Complete client intakes.
- Provide individual counseling sessions.
- Complete all related assessments.
- Provide diagnosis in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Collaborate with natural and formal supports.
- Identify and facilitate appropriate evidence-based treatments in partnership with consumers.
- Monitor treatment outcomes in partnership with consumers.
- Complete necessary documentation to maintain client charts to OMH and CARF standards.
- Consult and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Provide additional program support to the team as needed.
- Aid in referrals to additional services.
- Provide services on-site or off-site to clients as needed.
- Promote health & wellness and recovery-oriented initiatives.
- Maintain professional boundaries and appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Experience working with adults in the Behavioral Health field preferred.
- Maintains proper credentials for licensure.

Salary/Compensations
- $62,500 to $70,000 depending on licensure
