About the Role

Join Blue Water, a growing hospitality company, and contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences across our RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions. This role involves ensuring all guest accommodations and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish guest rooms, cabins, cottages, common areas, and bathhouses.
• Perform linen changes, bathroom cleaning and sanitation, and kitchen fixture cleaning.
• Clean appliances, remove trash, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Strip and make beds.
• Ensure rooms and rentals are clean, in working order, and exceed standards before guest arrival.
• Provide laundry support, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Respond to guest queries and requests with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company goals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and guest-ready property.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and company practices.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance.
• Ability to talk and listen.
• Must frequently lift and/or move 25-50 pounds.
• Possess close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
