About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Representative to perform on-site maintenance, commissioning, and repair of LV switchgear and UPS systems, primarily within data center environments, to drive commercial value and ensure high product quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance on LV switchgear and UPS systems
- Execute commissioning and on-site repairs
- Ensure product quality
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery and maintenance systems
- Write professional reports
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in LV switchgear installation, maintenance, or design
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office software
- Electrical-related license in Japan
- Knowledge of data center power products including LV/MV switchgear and UPS
- Local driving license and experience
- English communication skills preferred
